Stress Strong is a dynamic 8-week group coaching program designed to help you not just manage stress but master it. This isn’t about eliminating stress, because let’s face it, we will always encounter stress. Instead, it’s about shifting your perspective, understanding your stress responses, and learning to work with stress in a way that builds strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
Each week, you'll join your group via Zoom for a supportive, interactive session led by one of our KGR coaches. Together, we’ll dive into meaningful conversations and digestible educational content that redefines what stress means and how it shows up in your life. You’ll explore core topics like developing a healthy stress mindset, reframing how you interpret stressful situations, identifying your stress signals, and creating your own personalized stress toolbox filled with go-to strategies that actually work.
Whether it’s through breathwork, guided relaxation, movement, or relaxation techniques, every session will wrap up with simple yet powerful stress-reduction exercises designed to fit into your real life. The beauty of Stress Strong is that you’re not doing this alone! You’ll be part of a like-minded community of people learning, growing, and cheering each other on.
