StrongHer Together
StrongHer Together is a 8 week women-only group coaching program focused on habit change and improving overall wellbeing. Participants learn how to build their “health home” by nurturing key areas such as community, sleep, stress management, exercise, and nutrition. The group provides a supportive space to share experiences, gain practical tools, and encourage each other’s progress. The focus is on gradual, manageable changes that promote feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Unapologetically YOU
Unapologetically You is an 8 week group coaching program dedicated to people who identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ Community. Sessions are centered around meaningful conversations designed to help you create your life in an authentic empowering way while building resilience against judgement. Topics include the joys and stressors of being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community in your culture and learning to build a personalized toolbox all while being supported by your Unapologetically You community. Together, we’ll explore practical and healthy ways to respond to life’s stressors with confidence and resilience. Each session will also include practicing simple, effective relaxation exercises you can use in everyday life.

Stress STRONG
Stress Strong is an 8 week group coaching program dedicated to getting good at stress. Sessions are centered around meaningful conversation and practical education, all designed to help you rethink your relationship with stress and approach it in a more empowering way. Topics include stress mindset, reframing stress and learning to build a personalized toolbox, all while being supported by your Stress Strong community. Together, we’ll explore practical ways to respond to stress with confidence and resilience. Each session will also include simple, effective relaxation exercises you can use in everyday life. Stress will always be a part of life and getting good at it can change everything!
Individual Coaching Sessions
A one-on-one health coaching session is your personal time to focus completely on you—your goals, your habits, your challenges, and what makes you feel your best. It’s a supportive, judgment-free space to talk things through, get fresh perspective, and build a realistic plan that fits your life. You’ll be coached by one of our expert instructors who brings both deep knowledge and real-world experience to help guide, motivate, and cheer you on every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Trina Goodwin. I am NBC-HWC and have over 10 years experience in the health and wellness space. I bring a deep foundation of experience to my work as a Wellness Coach, specializing in supporting moms of neurodivergent children. I help clients restore energy, lose brain fog, and rediscover joy and clarity—while building the resilience needed for the challenges of parenting.
My approach is rooted in the belief that when moms are well-supported and aligned in their own health and well-being, they can better navigate the emotional, mental, and physical demands of raising neurodivergent kids. I guide clients in creating sustainable self-care practices and mindset shifts that lead to long-lasting change.

My training includes a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness and a certificate in Lifestyle Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine. I also have a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from KGR Health and Wellness Academy. Additionally, I have been trained to Advanced level in Emotional Freedom Techniques by Emotional Freedom Techniques Internation-certified master trainers. Nikki Petty-Miles is a recent graduate of the KGR Coaching Program. With a background in psychology, family preservation services, and domestic violence intervention, Nikki blends her academic expertise and real-world experience to help individuals restore balance across all areas of life.
She is the owner of NL Miles Consulting, where she offers health and wellness coaching and court-approved abuse intervention programs. Nikki also collaborates with local agencies to provide family support services and domestic violence assessments.
Currently, she’s expanding her coaching practice while continuing to lead impactful group sessions that focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and accountability. Whether through 1-on-1 coaching or group facilitation, Nikki is passionate about helping clients reclaim control over their lives and rewrite their personal stories.
